We are looking for a minimum of 5 years prior experience in a management consultancy firm, working with Financial Services clients. You must have had some previous experience of transformation within financial services. We’ll expect you to bring a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial outlook.

You will also be expected to proactively build your personal network and seek out new opportunities for extending and growing client relationships. You will lead internal initiatives and provide support to the senior leadership team.

We’ll need you to bring significant prior experience in management consultancy, including managing project teams and contributing to business development. You must have had some previous experience of transformation within financial services. We are looking for individuals who want to step up to take on increased responsibility and have personal impact.

You will actively contribute to the definition of strategy, operational management and tactical delivery of consulting services to support the growth ambitions of the firm. In addition we would expect you to act as a role model, coach and mentor to the team.

At Principal grade we are looking for expertise. You’ll already have built knowledge and credibility as a consultant within a financial services industry segment and domain, and will be excited about applying that within our specialist team. You will be experienced in managing and coaching, and in selling consultancy engagements. This is an opportunity to contribute to the leadership and further development of our business.

We expect you to be an entrepreneurial leader who can succeed in a fast-paced environment, and a proven winner in business development, managing complex projects, and building strong relationships with clients.  You will have deep subject matter expertise in financial crime, regulatory change, or operational transformation, with a blend of consulting and industry experience in banking or insurance.  Most importantly, you will be passionate about developing and fostering a company culture where everyone can thrive.

You are likely to have at least 15 years’ experience. A proven track record of leading and delivering major transformation programmes is essential. You will also have strong sales experience, winning new accounts and expanding existing ones.  Finally, an extensive network within the financial services industry and a strong reputation as an expert are highly desirable.

We value a professional and collaborative approach in our Associates.  You'll have strong project and programme management experience, with excellent communication skills to effectively lead and contribute to client engagements.  Prior consulting experience is essential, at least some of it at a recognised management consultancy firm.  

Expertise in client onboarding, AML, KYC, and strong project management skills are highly desirable.  You should be a team player with a flexible work style, comfortable working on-site with clients in London and remotely from home.
